Change of Mind: We understand that personal preferences may change after a purchase; however, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind. We are pleased to offer a layaway program to help you secure your desired items. Our layaway policy is outlined below: Eligibility: The layaway program is available for selected products at the discretion of Z Collection. Not all items may be eligible for layaway. Please inquire with our customer service team. Down Payment: To initiate the layaway process, a non-refundable down payment of 25% of the total purchase price is required. This down payment is due at the time of initiating the layaway and serves as a commitment to purchase the item(s). Layaway Duration: The layaway duration is set at 6 weeks from the date of initiating the layaway. It is the responsibility of the customer to complete the full payment within this period. Payment Schedule: Customers are encouraged to make regular payments towards their layaway purchase. We do not enforce specific payment amounts or frequency, as long as the full payment is made within the 6-week period. Customers can make partial payments or pay the remaining balance in a single installment. Forfeiture of Deposit: If the customer fails to complete the full payment within the 6-week period, the layaway will be considered forfeited. In such cases, Z Collection reserves the right to retain the 25% down payment as a restocking and handling fee. Cancellation: Customers have the option to cancel their layaway at any time before the completion of the full payment. In the event of cancellation, the 25% down payment will be retained as a restocking and handling fee. Collection of Item: Once the full payment has been received, including any applicable taxes, fees, and charges, Z Collection will arrange for the collection or delivery of the item(s) in accordance with our standard shipping and delivery policies. Non-Transferable: Layaway orders are non-transferable. The customer who initiates the layaway must be the same individual to complete the full payment and collect the item(s).
